thanks for all the tips guys .. im staying at the Sheraton in Arlington next to the globe life park ( rangers ) .. yes I will leave early that Friday to get up to allen . hearing and following allen over the the last few years its a must game for me to see ... swimming.. eating at whatburger ...jfk site ...tour of cowboy stadium ..check in on a ranger game ...3 high school football games .. is basically my trip

Nah. Those kids were not even from that area. They just crashed it. Besides, it's the hot head cops you gotta watch out for. Texas doesn't have exclusive rights to those guys.

De La Salle coming to Texas as the #1(maxpreps) team in the nation. Are the Trojans capable of an upset? Definitely capable with their new coach but will they?Also notice that De la Salle is a $16k tuition based school(similar to Jesuit) with a commitment on diversity where one third of student enrollment is based. Interesting.

It's called no state or federal funding.

Why do you think some districts have open enrollment? It's not because of sports$$$

No its not because of sport$$$$. Contrary to what many believe, athletic budgets and events are very costly. It takes a lot of support and consistent attendance to make a profit. Unless you are a mega school. lol
Open enrollment is the future in education. $$$$ are earned(funded) by each school/isd through daily attendance. The more students at school on a daily basis the more $$ earned or generated. Plus with the competitive nature of jobs in the future.

I guess because de la salle ended the year ranked 3rd on max prep sports .. bishop Gorman and allen was ahead of them .. the Spartans have their version of SMU s pony express
coming back this year with custer and hernandez and most of the front four coming back and cause of their reputation over the years .. is why they have them ranked # 1... what worries me as a Spartan fan as you can tell from my username is the weather and possible players going both ways . in which that would be real rare due to the Spartans are one of the best conditioned teams in America .. again its all an opinion
of mine of what ive seen over the years .. now there is a prop bet in las vegas saying if I go to trinity high school on Friday decked out in de la salle gear walking aroundf how long will I last ????

Take the over. That would be so great and I would love to see it. Go to the office about 30 minutes prior to the Pep Rally to check in as a visitor. Then proceed to the Gym. You should be alright because most of the students will still be in class. Take a seat on the front row and wait. Once the students begin piling in and the gym is filled with about 2,400 people, you would indeed stand out. You'd live though.

I have to work on Friday. Go incognito, film some of it and give your review afterwards. Then you can post it on YouTube and share it in a post here. It would be cool to see your take and reaction.

if you think about it its real hard to ever know who is the best high school football team in America .. there is no national playoffs ? its high school .. its awesome that any high school team can travel across the country and play
