No prosecution of Cowboy Damien Wilson in parking dispute

McKINNEY, Texas (AP) — Dallas Cowboys linebacker Damien Wilson won't be prosecuted over a Fourth of July parking dispute in which he was accused of brandishing a rifle and threatening tailgaters outside a soccer venue. A Collin County grand jury Tuesday declined to indict Wilson, who was arrested on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Prosecutors say Wilson was accused of backing his truck into a woman and threatening a man with a rifle. Wilson, a fourth-round pick out of Minnesota in 2015, was arrested outside Toyota Stadium in Frisco during the city's Fourth of July celebration. Frisco, 20 miles north of Dallas, is home to the Cowboys' practice facility. Wilson was freed on $20,000 bond shortly after his arrest.
