Manor senior Kevin Waites made a major decision during his bye week.
Waites announced on Friday afternoon that he will play football at West Point. The Manor wide receiver became the second recruit from the Austin area to pledge to the Black Knights, joining Hendrickson athlete Dominic Distefano. Army had previously secured a commitment from Jarrell quarterback Tony Brown before he decided to reopen his recruitment during the summer.
