Head coach Todd Moebes' team continues to roll this season.
Last week, Tyrees Whitfield turned heads against Abilene High. He found the end zone seven times, as a matter of fact, he scored every touchdown in the game for the Cougars.
He played a great game, but head coach Todd Moebes says he wasn't alone out there.
Coach Moebes said, "I thought the guys up front did a good job of opening up some creases. Some of the things he did are Tyrees being a great running back and having great vision. I was real proud of how strong that he ran. He ran through some tackles. A couple of times there were a couple of guys on him, and he was able to break through just to get a couple extra two or three yards. That's always really good to see."
Cooper is back at home for the third week in a row on Friday night. They host Frenship for homecoming. .
