Pro Trinity, but not overly homeristic at all. They won't go crazy when something really good or really bad happens.

Looking forward to a Labor Day Weekend of home cooking in a number of ways! I bet we have a good crowd, even with the holiday.

Sitting in the stands at Pennington Friday night, we'll be able to smell the smoke from the Bedford Blues and BBQ Festival taking place up the road. Not a bad combination.

Took you long enough to get here, someone finally gets it.

If you're out floating too long that sun will fry your brain, so I don't blame you, you're just movin slow.

Player on Rockwall's team to watch is DE Luke Termin. The hype seems to have died down a little compared to when he came up as a sophmore at LB where he was a tackling machine. Doing a quick search I only see where La. Monroe has offered him a schollie. I'm kinda shocked by that. Vype.com had him as a super soph a couple years ago right along Natee.

It's pretty cool for those Trojan fans not able to make the game that there is a webcast available. It looks like it can be watched at a later date as well due to th em archiving their broadcast.

                        • Seek absolution from Pope Francis for defeating De La Salle last week.I suspect a confession or two may also be in order.
                        • Straighten out problems with the Haka. The high-kicks were not in-sync and the grand plié looked more like a grand mal seizure.
                        • The defensive lineman (#11) looked good running back the fumble last week.Consider putting him in the backfield. At 260, he’d be the second biggest rb in the backfield.
                        • The plays where they throw the ball in the air in the general direction of players who want to catch it still need work. Some of the incompletions may have been due to a mix-up in communications between #2 and his receivers as I saw several of them looking over a map after the play.
                        • The o line is inexperienced, but appears to have good size and their holding will only get better as the season progresses.Only one penalty last week so lots of upside for this group.
                        • Make sure that #28 for DLS (Antoine Custer) has not transferred to Rockwall because we never did figure out how to tackle him.
                        • It appears we have a kicker with a good leg. However, it also appears he was using his other one as most of the kick-offs barely cleared mid-field.
                        • From what I read on the DLS message board, the only reason Trinity won was because of turnovers, untimely penalties, poor tackling and questionable play calling. If that’s the case, let’s have more of it this week.

Did we set a new record for personal fouls? It was embarrassing. We left early.
