Foster's season likely over with Achilles injury

Midway through the fourth quarter of Sunday's 44-26 loss to the Miami Dolphins, Houston Texans running back Arian Foster crumpled to the ground, moments after the snap.

As Foster was lined up as a receiver, he attempted to release at the snap and his right leg gave out on him and he fell immediately to the ground.

A few minutes later, the Texans announced that Foster was out with an Achilles injury.

Normally the recovery time for an Achilles injury would extend several months or longer, meaning Foster's season would be over if is an torn Achilles.

He was helped off the field and immediately placed on the medical cart to head back into the locker room.

Foster finished the game with 59 yards on 18 carries and a touchdown. He also had five receptions for 66 yards and touchdown.
