The Cowboys are still trying to figure out how if they'll place quarterback Tony Romo, on short-term injured reserve to start the season.
"We're certainly getting our hands around it, said Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones Wednesday at the team's kickoff luncheon benefiting Happy Hill Farm.
