    Warren's Wisdom: Cowboys adjusted

The Cowboys had an ugly win in rough weather against the Redskins. David Robinett and Steve Warren discuss.
David Robinett said, "It's time for more Warren's Wisdom. Steve Warren, former Abilene High head coach, joining us. Let's talk a little bit about the Dallas Cowboys. Not a pretty game against the Redskins, but a win, none the less. Talk about how they adjusted to the weather, and the fact that they were able to grind and ground and pound in that game."
Steve Warren said, "That weather was awful, and it got worse as the game went on. In a game like that, you've got to love the fact that you've got a great offensive line and a guys behind that offensive line that loves to carry the football. Those two things are built for the weather. Zeke put it on the ground the first play of the game, but after that, he was pretty spectacular."
Robinett said, "The defense stood up. That's not something everybody's been used to. They picked off a pass, recovered a fumble and they blocked a field goal that switched the momentum of that game."
Warren said, "I don't think there's any doubt about that. A lot of things are going unsung on that side of the football. The defensive line leads the league in quarterback pressures and sacks, right now."
Robinett said, "Yep, Kansas City is next, which isn't going to be easy at all. We'll see how that one goes next week."
