Jim Ned Makes Comeback to Take 1-0 Series Lead

The Jim Ned Indians and the Bangs Dragons met at ACU Thursday for game one of the best of three series.

In the first inning, Jim Ned took an early lead when Garrett Frazier dropped one into center field bringing home Matthew Fisher.

    Indians led 1-0.

In the second inning, Bangs answered back.

Payton Hamrick knocked a big shot to the center field wall and two runs score.

The Dragons had an 8-1 lead at one point, but the Indians made a big comeback.

In the bottom of the seventh tied at eight, Cade Johnson had a hard hit ball to third, and the fielder can't handle it.

That brought home the winning run for a great comeback by the Indians.

Jim Ned wins it 9-8 to take the lead in the series.

Game two is Saturday back at ACU at 10 a.m.
