    DFW at some tex mex places. My son came home one day and said Mrs. So and So fixed enchiladas for us with flour tortillas. I said then you had burrittos. He said no she called them enchiladas. They were from up north. I

    Usually corn, but I've seen flour. They're rolled like an enchilada. (almost always on the kids menu)
