    North Wins FCA All-Star Softball

The FCA All-Star Festival continues on Friday with softball and baseball down in San Angelo.

The softball game took place first between the best of the North and the South.

There was no score in the top of the second when McKayla Kincaid knocks one to left to score Claudia Gutierrez, so the North takes a 1-0 lead.

In the bottom of the third, the bases were loaded for team South. Karsen Sutterfield strikes out Makayla Reed swinging to end the inning.

It was still 1-0 in the top of the fifth and Payton Cauble bounced one toward Central's Marissa Cruz, and she made the nice play to get the out at first.

The North wins this year's game 11-3 after a surge with an eight run 7th inning.

Gorman's Maya Ramirez was the games MVP.
